Testnet demo on Whitechain Sepolia: test tokens (ITC) only, no real money. Requests are served by a real open-weight model on the founder's machine when it is online, otherwise by a demo seller that returns canned responses.
Inferit

Draft — pending legal review

This text describes how the testnet service works today. It has not been reviewed by counsel yet and may change before any mainnet launch.

Acceptable use policy

Last updated 4 October 2026.

This policy applies to everyone who uses Inferit: buyers sending requests, sellers serving them, and anyone using the website or API. It is part of the Terms of use.

Zero tolerance: child sexual abuse material

You must not use the service to create, request, distribute or store child sexual abuse material, or any sexual content involving minors, including text, fictional or synthetic content. We terminate access immediately, preserve the relevant records and report it to the competent authorities (including the NCMEC CyberTipline where applicable). There are no warnings for this.

Prohibited uses

  • Anything illegal where you or the seller are, or content that facilitates a crime.
  • Malware, phishing, fraud, scams, spam, or generating content to deceive people about who made it where that is unlawful.
  • Harassment, threats, incitement to violence, or content that promotes terrorism or violent extremism.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, doxxing, stalking, or processing other people's personal data without a lawful basis.
  • Infringing intellectual property or other rights.
  • Evading sanctions or export controls, money laundering, or financing terrorism.
  • Uses the model's licence forbids. Several open-weight licences carry their own use policies (for example the Llama and Gemma policies); they apply to requests for those models.
  • Attacking the service or its users: probing for vulnerabilities outside the security policy, denial of service, evading rate limits, abusing faucets, or accessing accounts, keys or data that are not yours.

Additional rules for sellers

  • Serve only models you have the right to serve, under their licence terms.
  • Run the endpoint you list yourself. Reselling another provider's API, or proxying it behind your own domain, is not allowed.
  • Do not log, retain, inspect beyond what is needed to serve the request, or train on buyer requests and responses.
  • Report the token usage you actually served; do not inflate it.

Enforcement

If we believe this policy has been broken we may, without notice, revoke API keys, stop routing requests to or from an account, delist offers, and report unlawful activity to the authorities. Because settlement runs on a public smart contract, we cannot reverse transactions that are already on-chain.
